Jumbo bone-in wings by the 6 or 12, up a heat ladder from Mild through Medium, Hot, Extra Hot, to Dumpster Fire. Most wings eaten wins, heat level breaks ties, loser buys the boat cooler. Sit-down and open from 10 AM Saturday, no reservation needed for lunch.
